Use of the Site

By virtue of using this Website, you become its User. Merely by using the site, the User accepts the conditions contained herein.

The User undertakes to use the content and services of the Website properly and diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these terms of use, and to refrain from using said content and services in any way that may prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Website by other users, or that could harm or cause damage to the goods and rights of THE PROPERTY, other users or, in general, any third party.

In addition, and without this list limiting the general scope of the requirement set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User agrees:

a) not to use the Website to introduce or disseminate content or information of a racist, sexist, xenophobic, pornographic, abusive, or obscene nature, that upholds terrorism, incites violence or violates human rights, or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, the honour, privacy or image of third parties or, in general, any applicable laws;

Intellectual and industrial property

The User acknowledges that all the elements contained or used on the Website (such as images, software, texts and brands) are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of their respective owners or licensees, and undertakes to respect said rights.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow the public to access, through any means of public communication, any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph, without the authorisation of the corresponding rights holders.

Disclaimer of guarantees and responsibilities

THE PROPERTY shall only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of using the website when said damages are attributable to a wilful act by THE PROPERTY. The User fully acknowledges and accepts that it uses the Website at its own risk and sole responsibility.

THE PROPERTY will act diligently, as per the generally accepted uses in the sector, to prevent the presence on the Website of viruses or other harmful elements that could alter the User´s computer system, but it cannot guarantee the absence of said elements and is not liable for any damages that their presence may cause.

Reyan Tuset, accepts no liability for damages arising from, but not limited to:

a) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the user`s equipment and devices due to causes beyond the control of THE PROPERTY;

b) Usage interruptions or outages caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems;

c) Damages caused by third parties through illegal interference in the Website; and

d) The inability to provide the service or allow access for reasons not attributable to THE PROPERTY, due to the User, third parties, or cases of force majeure.

THE PROPERTY has no control over any sites or content that may be linked from this Website, and accepts no liability for any damages that may result from accessing and using said sites.

The inclusion of these links or hyperlinks does not imply any type of association or ownership of THE PROPERTY with the linked sites.

Changes to these terms

THE PROPERTY may change these terms of use at any time and will publish the new terms of use on the Website so that the User can be aware of them before using the Website. The use of the Website once the terms of use have changed shall mean the acceptance by the User of the modified terms of use.

Applicable law

The provisions contained in these terms of use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.

Privacy Policy

Confidentiality and security are core values at THE PROPERTY; consequently, we undertake to guarantee the privacy of the User at all times and not to collect any unnecessary information on the User.

In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which implements the LOPD, we inform you that the use of certain services on our website requires you to provide us with certain personal data through registration forms or by sending emails for the purpose of requesting information or receiving a clarification or an answer to a question. Your data will be processed and entered into our database, which we own and are responsible for. We also inform you that our files are legally registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency´s General Registry of Personal Data. To ensure their security, we have adopted all the necessary technical and organisational measures, as required by the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which governs security measures for automated files containing personal data.

In general, providing any personal data on persons under 14 years old without their parents’ or legal guardian’s express consent is absolutely prohibited.

What data we request and for what purpose

The information we request from you is strictly limited to that which is appropriate, relevant and necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Under no circumstances are you required to provide it, save for that requested on forms, which must be filled out in order for us to be able to process the request made. You certify that all the information you provide is true, accurate and relevant for the purpose for which we request it.
